Delivery charges are BDT 70 inside Dhaka Metro and BDT 120 outside Dhaka.

Orders are delivered within 1–2 days inside Dhaka and 3–5 days outside, depending on distance and courier service.

INNERRY accepts returns and exchanges on unused items within 7 days of delivery. Unless the error is on our part, customers are responsible for any associated delivery fees.

Exchanges are subject to stock availability and are typically processed within 2 to 5 business days. Refunds for approved returns will be issued within 7 business days after we receive the item.

Please note that, for hygiene reasons, undergarments are not eligible for return or exchange once trialed.
