INNERRY accepts exchanges for size or change of mind within 7 days of receiving the item, provided it is unused and in resalable condition. Inform us via email, phone, or Facebook support inbox. Customers pay the exchange delivery fee (70 TK inside Dhaka, 120 TK outside), except when a wrong item or size is dispatched, in which case INNERRY covers the delivery fee. If the desired item is unavailable, customers may choose another product. Processing takes 3-5 working days.

Return and Refund

Returns for change of mind are accepted within 7 days, excluding sensitive items like undergarments. Items must be unused and resalable, and customers bear the delivery fees unless a wrong item or size was delivered. Returns after delivery require customers to arrange shipping at their expense. Refunds are processed within 7 working days upon return approval and will be sent to the customer’s preferred payment method. Notifications are sent upon completion.

Inside Dhaka –Delivery in Dhaka will be completed in 1-2 days’ after the confirmation.
Outside Dhaka –Products will be dispatched from our warehouse promptly after the confirmation. 3-5 days’ time is required for delivery outside Dhaka depending upon the distance and our affiliated courier service.
Cash on Delivery is available outside Dhaka too.
